The SCC's president and scholastic director, Leonard Ferguson, is still offering chess lessons on Zoom during the epidemic. To ask about details, rates, and availability, email him at macfergus2 (at) comcast (dot) net.

• The SCC now offers scholastic memberships to students enrolled in primary or secondary school. These memberships cost $5 and are measured by academic year (instead of calendar year), and come with all benefits of club membership except scholastic members are not entitled to a vote at club business meetings.
• Our inaugural scholastic tournament will be held.....eventually.
