Emailing List

If you would like to be notified of tournaments and other special events by email, please join our emailing list. We send announcements typically 5-10 days before the event. You do not need to be a club member to be on the emailing list. We won't spam you; it is highly unlikely that you will receive more than five announcements per year.

To add yourself (or remove yourself) from our mailing list, send an email to:

Emails are processed by hand and not by an automated system, so please make your request in plain English.

We will normally send announcements of the following:

• Tournaments and matches
• Special events
• Special called meetings (sent to club members only)
• Unexpected movements or cancellations of meetings (assuming we have enough advance notice to send the email)

We will normally not send announcements of the following:

• Results of a recently completed tournament
• Special meetings whose date is known well in advance (example: annual elections)
• Cancellations of meetings whose date is known well in advance (example: holidays)
• Newsletters (Join the club to receive newsletters when they are current, or download older issues from our Newsletters page.)
