When I was at the Decatur tournament, some of the guys there proposed having a match (or maybe two, one in each city) of maybe five boards, just for fun. Who all is up for that?

I would be interested. Preferably in the summer and preferable on, say, a Saturday I didn't have my daughter. I might even be able to host. Catch me on a good day, and I might even provide pizza and drinks.

I should add that I really only have space for no more than 4 boards. Could do five or six, but that would be a stretch.

Something has come to my attention that my lead me to not be able to host. So, please don't take my posts as a committment; however, if the opportunity arises, I would like to make my home available for this.

I've invited the Decatur guys to check in on this forum.

We could have the match at the library for free (using their conference room). Tom suggested we might have it at the mall on club night.

The major benefit of having it in the White Oaks Mall Food Court would be the audience we would probably attract as well as the ready availability of food and beverages.
